The text of this work was created for the first time by Grabovoi G.P. during the seminar on March 03, 2004. To create the text of the seminar, Grabovoi G.P. first he received an exact forecast of future events and then he created the text that teaches eternal development, considering the concrete events of the future concerning each one and the whole world.
